Dewey Smith has been fitting and showing World Champion halter horses since 1982.  He has fit or shown 49 World or Reserve World Champions in four different breeds.  Also 4 AQHA Congress Champions and 4 Reserve Congress Champion.  One of Dewey's specialties is selecting and shaping the perfect horse for the individual, to go accomplish whatever he or she may desire.  One of his best attributes is picking one in the rough, when Dewey says "that is the one" you better take note.  Also his knowledge of pedigrees and how they should be crossed far surpasses most others.  Dewey has a degree in Animal Science and a Minor in Nutrition.  With that kind of education it makes breeding, fitting, and feeding come as almost second nature to him.  Dewey has fit or led futurity horses earning over $220,000.00 in winnings.
