Cancellation of an order must be received no later than 10:00 am (Central Standard Time) to avoid being charged for the shipment.
All Shipped semen fees must be paid in full prior to shipment.
Shipped semen orders must be received by 9:00 am (central standard time) on Collection days of Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
OTHER SERVICES:
Agents Fee / Commission: 10% of Sale Price
Consultation Fee: 75.00 per hour / 15.00 per hour travel time
Hauling: 0.65 per mile
Photography / Video Preparation : 50.00
Farrier: Trim: 35.00
Shoes: 125.00 (unless extra work is required)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Billing- All invoices will be sent out on the 30th of the month and are due upon receipt. A 50.00 discount will be given to all client that keep a credit card or signed check on file. A late fee of 100.00 will assessed on all account that are not paid by the 15th of the month, Regardless Postmark. There are no exceptions. A 2% service fee will be added to all accounts that are thirty days past due. A 3.5% convenience fee will be
added to all credit card transactions. All Charges listed above are payable in advance.
Business Hours- 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday thru Saturday, after hours are by appointment only. While appointment during business hours is not necessary , one is strongly recommended as to insure someone is available to assist you.
We do accept all major credit cards and personal checks.
Dewey Smith Quarter Horses is closed Thanksgiving Day - Christmas Eve thru December 27th.
